It was an interesting afternoon in Ottawa today with the earthquake and all. However, if you were still watching taking in the World Cup, you'll notice that England has beaten Slovenie and will now advance. It was quite the shocker to watch. Especially with the result that was to come later with the US advancing as well. For a recap about the game, check this article here.
A good number of the Pools have already been decided so I'm really looking forward to the knockout round. It is still a few games away but it will be amazing.
